Terms of service

• The document submitted for the signature authentification :
• Not against morality and not disturbing public order
• Editor in Arabic or in a language generally used by the Department
• The applicant must satisfy the legal requirements regarding the legal capacity to sign
• Be the holder of an official document proving his identity
• To attend and sign by himself in front of the officer(except for the cases of signature deposited in the municipal books)

Note

For the illiterate and unable to sign: The reading of the books with a record of two witnesses of trust with the identification card and the reference to that in the notebook
